I just opened this in IE 6 and it was positioned at the left of the screen, when I refreshed it went to center. Could I place this entire file into a layer in Dreamweaver that was “absolutely” positioned to keep this from happening?

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of OXYLUS. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
