for those who like charlie chaplin 
love it, is there a way to make it steadier as it goes? You know it usually staerts out all crazy raggedy looking and then somewhat stablizes and becoms only slightly jumpy. is this controllable through the AS?

yep, as i said, it includes an external as file. you can apply the effect to any image.

Awesome effect! How did you create this? Is this entirely action script, or was there some use of flash filters or tweening with this?
