Ever wanted your page float around on stage? Or to have stars orbit around a planet? Now you can! Floater is a particle mover, moving any particle into orbit, making it float around.
Included in the zip are the preview file, and the .as file containing the Float function. You can call the function from your project without trouble, so you wont have to edit anything, nor copy long pages of code into your AS. Everything is explained in the .as, as well as in the help file.
You are able to change the following options with the functions parameters:- Speed
- Range
- Style
- Start position
The particle can be anything! From a simple shape like a square, to images, videos and swfs. All you need to do, is call the function, and assign it to the movieclip you want!
The size of the .as is 4.79kb, so it wont enlarge your project much either.
