Twister is a particle mover, moving the particles in a twister-like pattern.
The particles can be replaced by anything, modified to any shape or color. The speed, direction of spin, amount of particles and all other stuff are very easy to change. Help file is included, and explains most of the mover.

Could this file easily be changed so it would look like DNA rotating?

Well, it is easy to change, but I dont think you want to use this as a code for rotating DNA . This code creates different particles, and spins them around randomly.
If you want to spin around DNA , it would take a whole different code than this one. Although it is possible with mine, I would not recommand purchasing just to try to do what you want.
Maybe Ill give that DNA thing a shot though
