a preloader codec in as2. there are 4 examples in preview, they all have the same code but some initials variables are changed and bars are different.
you can use anything you want as a preloader bar. and you can specify things like blur size, particle sizes etc

It’s obviously actionscripted to do that. The block style changes every time you reload a preloader.
