This a Photo XML driven slideshow. Just click to see next picture.

Features :

- Images are smoothed, to prevent stairs effect when rotating.

- You can add a small comment under the pictures.

- the picture can have any size, the best is : square of 300px, but the shape automatically adapts itself.

- Drag and drop in your project, ready to use.

- xml path, is in a variable.

- there is a mass load system : each picture is loaded, after the previous one is completely loaded.

- loader included.

This file uses Mc_tween, you can download it from here

NB : The font used in the project is free.

Path of image is in a XML file. You can put whatever you want.

It’s just a slideshow, there’s no need to add a navigation to get urls….

great file.

However, whilst I can view the preview you have set up on flashden when I put the swf into my file I am getting the error message of the incorect flash player…. don’t totally understand this.

do i need the extension uploaded to my server for it to work….. a bit lost at moment. any help much appreciated

Hey – file is great – one question about using two on one html page:

I changed the IDs and get both instances to work great in Firefox on PC & Mac, but on IE (current and older versions), it only loads the second one, and gives me the noflash content for the first. Any ideas? I’m guessing it could be a SWFObject issue/question more than anything, but not sure…

Scratch that, I answered my own question: I forgot to change the so.write(“dividname”; variable to match the spans & divs I had the swfobject in.

Pigna : you can put the photos with the size you want.

For the demo i made them square, to be close of a polaroid aspect. But your photos can be rectangle, the border will automatically adapt itself. The polaroids will be placed in the center too

Misty > open the fla. The font used is in the library. For the color, you can change it in the AS layer.

Sorry for the begnner questions, but have 2 After I changed the backgroud color in the movie it gave me a tween error when I exported the swf file. Also, what is the exact html codeto embed the movie into a web page? Great file btw

The current structure is not adapted to load playable files like flvs or swfs.

You will need to recode the loading part.

great file but I wish you didn’t connect the loader to the main white background. Spent hours trying to figure out how to add my own loader animation… err! still stuck.
