Let’s talk about this Form : I write the codes clearly. All events connect some main variables so you can change the form easly.For example you can change the form language it is very easy.I talk about it in the products help file.You can change the Fields name, combobox values, checkbox (ratioButtons) values.You can add a lot of ratio buttons and Combobox.In the codes i write the directions about customizations with line comments. In this form you must write valid e-mail and you must fill all the fields. And you must write numbers to age and Telephone fields. You can change the skin easly on this form. I create this form layer by layer. When a visiter fill this form correctly. Your server send the message automatically to your mail which is write on the PHP file. Than you can reply the message. Have Fun … Note:All form companenets are in a movieclip(One frame) so you can drag and drop it easly |
