HomeBrowse CategoriesFlashAnimationsRealistic Papervision 3D animation XML V2

This is a realistic Papervision 3D animation which is customizable with XML . Wait a few seconds and the animation should appear.

Features:

Phong shading with light source : allows for shiny type surfaces,
Bump mapping : allows for realistic textured surfaces,
Control zoom and camera height,
Control x,y an z positions of light source,
Control the color of the stars,
Control the stars quantity and area,
Control the size of the sphere,
Apply your own jpegs to the sphere.

All this is customized by XML . Theres no need to change the code.

The code is all in a movieclip. Simply drag the movieclip onto any frame of your project with stop(). Just make sure that the XML and your images are in the same directory.

Updates:

Runs more efficiently than the previous version,
Fixed bugs which stopped the animation working on slower connections,

The wrong preview file has been used. I will update ASAP . Also, everyone who can only see a black screen, what internet connection do you have? I have a 312kb internet connection and can see the file. Anyway, once the correct preview file is uploaded it should fix the problem.

And a note compelo, if you read the description properly, it says that this is XML driven. You can change the rotation to a spin or ‘free’ rotation with the mouse via XML . I’d spent a lot of time trying to do something unique by getting a 3D animation to be dynamic. I would appreciate it compelo if you would have purchased the file first and see the code rather than just accusing me of having just a ‘tutorial’ from a preview swf.
