Excellent form. Well documented. Easy to adapt and add more fields in Flash. PHP is easy to use and well documented too. 
For those of you who have purchased the file before May 21st there is a very small bug that you’ll need to change on line 6 of the php file. Simply change “name” to “email”. The application should work, but this will make sure the e-mail address displays when it is sent to you the from the form.

We are newer than a newbie (if there is such a thing) to the flash environment … although experienced web designers. And in fact its the first time we have opened Flash CS3 . And discovering that F9 brings up an action menu for changing the code for the email address!
After some minor trial and error on our part (nothing to do with your form) we managed to stumble our way through and the form works perfectly and is a great compliment to the website we are working on.

Are the error messages supposed to flash a few times or stay static? I am running into problems with the error messages when using a combo box

Hi Dajovion Your contact form looks great. I have 2 questions to purchase it: 1.- Just to be sure. Is AS 2 ? 2.- What about special caracters like ñ Ñ á é í ó ÁÉÍÓ Ëë etc.?

I purchased your contact form and emailed you a question but I haven’t heard back from you. I need help with customizing the form and adding new fields. You mention that it is “easy” in your description but there is no documentation on how to do this in the download. Thanks.
