SLIDERGALLERY V1

Full_screen_preview

Due to long waiting times I am no longer providing support for this item. I recommend buying one of my other image viewers, for which I do provide support.

This is a nice xml gallery with a photoslider menu under it. Click a photo in the slider to see it at full size.

When you click the big image it will navigate you to any link you want. It could be a URL or a framenumber/framelabel.

The option menu below can be taken out.

Great file i’ll buy it. Just one question is it possible to display the thumbs vertically?

Posted about 1 year ago

With some small modifications to the script it shouldn’t be very hard. If you would encounter any problems i’ll gladly help you out :)

The reflection ability seems to disappear when I embed it into a movieclip. Also the horizontal spacing is wider when inside. Do you have any suggestions?

How difficult is it to add more xml fields like a description?

Posted about 1 year ago

Depends on how good you are at AS but if you’re not experienced it won’t be easy.

Great file, I was curious to know how difficult it is to change the color scheme?

Posted about 1 year ago

Very easy. Just open the right movieclips from the library and you can just edit them.

will this generate the thumbs?

No you’ll have to add thumbs yourself

JV,

Love the file! Not great with AS, which is why your documentation is so, so helpful! I’m a happy customer. Thanks again!

I’m not sure why people have a tendency not to specifiy AS2 or 3, Is this written in AS3 ?

I need it to be AS3 if you have it. This is great work…good job

Hi. I really like your work and will probably purchase, with the right answers to my questions below:

- will this work seamlessly with a mac and pc? - do you need flash 8 to make all changes? i.e. to add thumbnails etc?

Thanks

i also can’t seem to loadit properly into FP2003 . The easy insert flash movie does not work. help?

Hello jurgenv, first of all… thanks for your hard work, this is a great file. I ran into a small problem though, maybe you could help me out. I make a gallery with everything working fine, now when I load that gallery into my main movie by using loadMovie(“mygallery.swf”....) it shrinks the thumbnails for some reason, it’s like it reduces their width by half.

Here is a sample of the problem, you can also see that the reflections are not working properly either.

Any ideas?

Great file – very helpful!

One quick modification question: while the first image is loading, is there a way to have the thumbnails load where they are going to be, rather than get pushed down once the image is done loading?

Posted 6 months ago

One more quick mod question:

If I have a gallery with only three or four images, is there a way to get the images to get the thumbnails to center?
