Social bookmarking in flash!!!

Now you can , place a “bookmark button” directly inside flash for sharing with the most popular online services!.

This little utility can enable you to SUBMIT to most popular informational, news and bookmarking services on internet (Digg ,del.icio.us … etc.) It will help you drive more traffic to your site.

Drag and Drop! :)

The button automatically takes the url and the title of the page for submission to the online services. At also accepts a comment for some of the services , when it’s available.

@akurupt36 ,br/> yes you could , but you need to know , what kind of variables, that particular service is using for posting and sharing at their site. You can’t use same fucntions for yahoo and digg and myspace.

This file bookmarks the entire page, it takes the address and the title of the page and submits it to various online services.

Nice item – looks promising :)

But is it possible to pass a specific URL to the bookmark button instead of the plain url in the browsers adress bar? F.e.: “xyz.com?xml=abc&image=123” ?

I want to make single images (states) in a flash gallery (navigation) bookmarkable without using SWFadress to alter the browser adress bar with every mouseclick.

yes , that can be done ,but that requires a lot of code to be rewritten.

basically this is a “drag a drag and drop ” item , make sure to also include , javaScript file in your html page (take a look at the example html page).

I get the social bookmarking, but what about the FACEBOOK link. How can I customize what the person adds to their facebook page ?

I want to add an image like you did in the FlashDen example…but I cannot find out where to change that and the relative link.

So in Facebook. I get the proper link and I can change the message that the visitor sees…but what about this text ?

This is replaced by the Flash content. Place your alternate content here and users without the Flash plugin or with Javascript turned off will see this. Content here allows you to leave out noscript tags. Include a link to bypass the detection if you wish.

Can’t I change this to an image URL ? and How ?

I got it all working but would like to have the buttons showing without clicking on the main button. I have tried to modify SocialBookmarks.as but with little success.
