You’ve got a very common problem with your Flash buttons.
Mouse down over a button and then pull the mouse off of the button before you release the mouse button. Button stays with the mouseover color.

- I meant to say, mouse over the button, PRESS DOWN on the mouse… and then move the mouse away from the button before releasing the mouse.
