Gain easy control of your timeline with this authoring time-saver.
Stop the timeline for an amount of time and automatically resume, without actionscripting!
Ideal for simple animations, presentations, showing slides, and so forth.
The component is frame rate independent, so you can also change the speed of your movie without affecting the rhythm of your animation/presentations.
In effect, this component causes a single frame on the timeline to last for an amount of time you specify, not for the amount of time flash specifies.

Hi,
Sorry, there has been a little mistake, the AS2 version has been saved as CS2 . If you send your email address I’ll send you a version that opens in Flash 8.
I’ll try to have it corrected with Flashden.

The package you can download has been updated!
- Now also includes a version that opens with FLASH 8 , AS2
(previously, the files would only open in Flash CS3 )

Thanks
I must confess that i use it a lot myself, mainly to save time on standard banner and rectangle work.

Is it possible to “pause” the component with actionscript once it has been called?
