How to

1. Change the size and the spacing of the thumbnails?
- Open xml/list.xml file
- Change the w, h, spacing property to the number you want.

2. How to change the zoom factor (the size of the thumbnail when it was rolled over)?
- Open thumbView.fla
- Open AS panel (F9)
- Go to line 9, change the zoom to some other value (zoom = zoomed-size/normal-size)

3. Move the thumbnails up/down on vertical direction?
- Open thumbView.fla
- Open AS panel (F9)
- Go to line 10, change the offsetY to some other value

4. How to change the color of the text?
- Open thumbView.fla
- Open AS panel (F9)
- Go to line 11, change the txtColor to some other value

5. How to change the text position (say you don’t want it to be at the bottom at the image)
- Open thumbView.fla
- Open AS panel (F9)
- Go to line 12, change the txtY to some other value

You can see that there was w, h, d value at line 6,7,8 in my AS.
These value are default value and only be used if you didn’t specify a value in XML file.

yes you are right, but first you have to inform, any case, the stuff, because if you aren´t right you could make bad to the author.

I purchased this file but could not run the swf. No thing appear. I use Flash 8 and could not open the fla file also.

Please show me some instruction on how to use the file.

@Pedro_Gomes : thanks for a nice link, but did you know that :

1. My file is completly resizeable, adjustable thumb size, spacing… 2. The shadow is real shadow, your link is fake-shadow (means that you can’t put it into other color, or complex background) 3. My work uses ActionScript 3

Nice , but in the reflection you can’t see the white border :(

valeriuon is right, I think the white border should be reflected as well.

Awesome file!!! Sorry for the lame question but newbie here. Do you have a help file that shows me how to implement it into my current Flash file? I got vers 9, using AS3 .

Sorry Pedro, I have seen the file you mentioned before, but the reflection in this file and the other features are super cool, and very much agree with Arriba. I hate for kudoshinichi to be hurt financially for something that is quite different.

@ADragon : If you find it’s difficult then, send me all the source file, i will plug it in for you. Send me an email….

@u2r1media : Yes, it’s easy to be done, but it’s custom work…

Ok I am new but I just purchased the file. I already have it installed on my page but I am having trouble adding new images. Can you give me a little instruction. I think I have the right program using AF CS3 . Any assistance is appreciated.

Is it possible to change the placement/color of the image caption? I would like the caption to be centered underneath the image in white. Any help is appreciated.

@ajpeterson : The text can be at any color but you must change it in FLA file. - Open up FLA file in Flash CS3 - Open up AS panel (F9) - Go to line 10, and change the color #ffff00 to any color you want.
