First off, nice file and thanks for the speedy email response to my first question. I’ve got everything worked out now.
However, I’m a little surprised by the size of the file. The SWF is 74K, and that’s not including the images. I want to use this for the menu of my family blog, but 110K (menu + 3 images) is way too big. Is there any way to bring the SWF down to the 31k file size listed above?

@Sean_C: that’s the swf size. The images can be optimized in different ways, but it depends on the quality you want to show them at.
@rwrocks: publish any swf file with it’s html from Flash, and you’ll see the code in the html page. 
Actually, what I meant by that was when you export the SWF , the file is 31K; when I export it, it’s 74K. I tried exporting at a lesser Flash version (7, etc) and the file is smaller but doesn’t work.
Even if I export directly after opening the downloaded template, the size is 74K. No matter the size, it’s 74K. Do you have any idea what I am doing differently?

@zdflash: first check if this is set in the html files. If it isn’t, you need to change it in the fla file.

@mstell168: there is a html file for each menu text. That’s where you change the text.
@zdflash: the color can only be changed in the FLA . text_mc is the movieclip containing the text field you need to change the color of.

What would it take to get a version2 of this with the option to have more than 3 menu pics/buttons?
People will pay! Because this file is so smooth. People just need more than 3. 5 is pretty common.

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of bobocel. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
