I just got the file which is a great piece of work, love it… But is there a way to get into the text on the caution tape at the end and put a T in construcion? Thx.

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of stupidhead. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
