ALL FIXED . Have an enjoyable day :)

This is an improvement and major alteration of my other Sub Category XML Menu. Instead of being based on a seconds timer, it acts like a normal menu: Opens on rollover and closes on rollout and onRelease.

  • Loads mainly URL ’s and SWF files, but not frames.
  • Not much to it other than the design and the functioning. Check it out for yourself. Heh.
  • Can’t think of anything to put here. Sorry. Please free yourself from the bonds of un-asked questions. Ask away and I shall do my best to answer.
  • Thank you

    :D Nice..

    Wow….very cool menu! ;)

I like the smoothness! I’m hovering again and again :D

    Posted 2 months ago

if you click an item and while it loads you hover the menu again, the menu will disappear and you will see only the submenu with a big gap in it’s left side..

    Posted 2 months ago

also you should disable the tab, because if you start playing with the tab key and the arrows you can mess the menu a little bit :D

    nice menu

flasher3015 Yeah, I thought I got all of the bugs out. Unfortunately last night when my little cousin was playing with the website I made with this menu I saw that very same thing. It happens because there aren’t any variables being used, which the menu is supposed to use, when the initial animation happens. I’ll change it. I appreciate the feedback though.

Wait a second! I can’t seem to find that bug on this file. It was a different file I saw it on.

Sorry, but not in this version. Maybe I will do another menu that is a sub sub menu because sub sub menus are quite popular.

    Posted 2 months ago

DOH !... looking forward to when that arrives..

    Posted 2 months ago

    another cool menu :)

    Posted 2 months ago

Yeah… Thanks. I’m still waiting for the update to be, you know, updated.

    Posted 2 months ago

When you change the menu to add more sub menus can columns across will I have to pay for the updated version?

    Thanks

    Posted 2 months ago

Yo. tifhaco The update will only be a fix to the problem that occurs when the main menu gets hidden while the sub menu opens. This file will remain the way it is otherwise. In other words, there will still be only ONE submenu for each main menu item.

Is the 2nd level menu support dynamic scrolling, say I have to list 50 items ?

    Posted 24 days ago

Nope. I thought about that, but I didn’t implement it because it was messy as far as movieclips go.
