These are Windows Vista themed preloaders. Easy to use, simply select your colour, copy the ACTIONS layer and paste it into the FIRST frame of your project.

Requires Flash 8+ and Actionscript 2.0

I like to say this with a russian accent. “You buy it! You buy it!” =)

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. You can’t get it to preload an HTML website. It has to be a SWF that proceeds the loader.

There is a way around it but I don’t know enough on that subject to be of help. =(
