This is a masking effect. To change the picture you must have a fuzzy version and a clear version of the same picture.

looks great – but is there a way to have the picture go through its little movie, then show the full clear picture and then after 10 – 15 seconds or so loop and play again?

I’d like to use a movie clips instead of a jpegs. Is that possible?
