This is a normal percentage preloader, but instead using numbers, i used words 
Very easy to use & customize.
To use just copy the “preloader” movieclip to the first frame of your stage. When loading is complete it will jump to frame 2 or do another action if you want.

i download this but when i play it it just says “done” it doesn’t even count down. i even stimulate it and still just the words “done”...any advice?

@moebear: make sure that you have content on the second frame. And lots of content. Also when simulating the download, make sure you have a not so big download speed. If you want to use it with a 10kb content for example you cannot use it, because even when you simulate it, it loads instantly. Best way to test this is to put a large image in the second frame, and upload the file to a server.
