I like this file a lot. Problem is…..

When I try to load it in my html page…it will not load. However, If I launch the swf, straight from the server..it will load.

I need to have this fixed as soon as possible as it is a very important part of a project I am working on. Please advise

thanks

civerdiver4, you need to get into the action script to edit the banner. Simply open the layers are resize taking care not to stretch the mc. to extend the opening image go to the banner mc and edit the bannerWidth and bannerHeight in the actions layer.

Great job digital – I love it, it’s been a breeze doing my own mods!

correction first sentence.. You need to change the size of the banner within the layers of flash. then it’s the banner mc action script layer that handles the open window.

jrock and kellymarie i know how to solve your problem go to – http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/ download the swfobject.js file into the same folder that contains the html & swf file. amazingly that’s all there is to it. digitalScience you owe me! ;o)

This is cool, slick for the money.

I do have display issues with this in Mozilla Firefox, however, The text box for header/caption on each image shows black (or white or whatever) space extending about 40px below the viewer. If you’re showing this on a black screen, with a black backdrop and black text box, it looks fine but I can’t get it to go away and looks choppy.

Any thoughts?

How did you manage that with the above viewer?

If this hadn’t been a problem, would have been 5 stars. There are workarounds (like building a container around the viewer that’s the same color as the text box and big enough to hide the overflow).

...is it possible to set the scroll/”next” image/swf speed inside the xml for each image/swf?

This way, I could increase the time beofre it flips to the next image in case the prev image happens to be a swf that needs more time to play.

thx.
