Nevermind I fixed the issues… I also expanded the mask on the scroll and it allowed it to be selected better.

Been looking all over for a simple as3 guestbook like this one. I’ve got an intermediate knowledge of as3 but nothing on as2. How difficult would this be to translate this version into as3?

Is there a way you can add an auto refresh to the script or XML ? As it stands now you have to refresh the browser and that wouldn’t work for my application.

hello Perry.

I need to know if it’s possible to send the php file the target xml file?

What i mean you are using sendAndLoad() to add a new child to the xml file via php. the php receives the the values and writes them to a specific xml file ( this xml file is specified in the php file) I want to specify the xml file by flash, and then send it to the php file..

is this possible? if yes what is the required codes (AS and php)
