But i think if use normal HTML tags, and normal images, no problem with cpu…
If your CPU is too much try re-installing flash for your browser it may have become corrupt.

For robo523, yes u can embed it by using a flash component “loader” box in the section you want the .swf to load into.

Not too bad. Although the included PHP for writeback to XML DataBase can not handle large XML files.
