XML Easing Menu

Sideways menu that randomizes its height and animates using easing to the active height. You can have as many or as few items as you like. In the xml you can define the max height, minimum height, active height, button width, background colors and text colors. All you need to do in the Flash file is define what you want each button to do on click.

That’s hot! Nice spin-off from your original menu/slideshow. One little suggestion, so minor but this can make it perfect. When I resize the window so the menu is forced the scroll with the mouse pointer. It would be nice to see the menu reach the end (left or right side), without having to make the pointer reach the edge of the window borders.

Hi,

I bought this menu for my website and I love how it looks…

But, while I’m able to add new menu items and adjust colour and appearance, I’m not able to configure any of the menu items to link to webpages using getURL function…

I typed in getURL(“http://www.pacesystems.in/index.html”; where the // of each button’s onClick function was, just as it said in the instructions..

What am I doing wrong? I’m using Flash CS3 btw…

Another issue I’m facing is that the menu items do not display longer than 10 characters… Can anything be done about this?

I bought this but don’t know what to do with it even following the instructions. Obviously this is not down to your instructions but that I am a novice trying to build my first snazzy website!! I am not a coder hence reason for purchase.

I am using GoLive CS2 and have also tried Dreamweaver 8? I have a table layout with one row and 2 columns and want to add the menu on the left column above my logo so that pictures change on right hand column.

Can you help me make this work?
