This is a XML configurable menu, using the FREE reflection class provided by Pixelfumes here:

http://www.pixelfumes.blogspot.com/2007/03/reflection-class-v3-with-source.html

The reflection is only a line of code to enhance the design of the file, it can be removed by commenting the initialization of the Reflect object in Actions.as

Features

1. Supports unlimited number of images.
2. The name for each image can be set in the XML .
3. You only pass the image once to the XML . The code makes it have a reflection and also applies the grayscale.

Upgrade August 29, 2007:
1. Auto-scroll when the images are more than minThumbsNumber defined in the XML file
2. Support for link in the XML added.

If the number of thumbs are more than what you set here: minThumbsNumber, they will start moving. This means you can easily change the width of the stage and make the swf as wide as you want. Remember to set the sWidth variable to the new stage width also, in Actions.as .

Hello, can anyone tell me how to edit the thumbnail sizes to 130×97? I edited the var startScale:Number = 130; but the images appeared to be cropped and zoomed in. Any help appreciated. thanks

@chuenlim: a purchase doesn’t come with support, so it would be good if you don’t expect it from FlashDen members always. It’s something I choose to offer for people to easily use my files, as much as I can because of time constraints.

The answer to your question has been answered before, and that was you need to edit source code in Actions.as to be able to do that. It hasn’t been done to be resized, and it will be a bit tricky to find the right values for positioning the elements you want based on the new size.

hi bobocel, i can’t change the x: position of the scroller. where and what i have to change for move all the thumbs. if i change the y: position of the movieclip mc_thumbs, the thumbs moving up or down, whithout problem but it’s not the same for xosition. thanks.
