Excellent template, MBMedia has been a great help explaining some modifications and went out of his way to address my questions.
Highly recommended!

This is a fully XML driven template created to show off photography or design work. Everything from the menu system, to the title, to all the images is all completely XML driven. This website can be completely customized without even owning flash.
The menu is driven by the XML , and every menu item can be an image gallery, bring in an external swf (AS3, AS2 , or even SwishMax), or it can be a link. Between those 3 options, there is pretty much nothing you can’t do with this template.
It is extremely responsive, extremely easy to use and set up, and extremely high quality both from a graphics and development standpoint.
All images automatically resize to their appropriate sizes (though it’s always better to size them down a little yourself for download speed purposes).
The site is full-browser and fluid, all elements place themselves fluidly to fill the browser at any moment without scrollbars, unless the user sizes very small, in which case the scrollbars kick on and it works normally (that minimum size is editable in js). Any full size views of images are sized to fit as large as they can in the viewable space in the browser unless they are smaller than the viewable space, then they just display their own full size. A very smart template that works hard to always look it’s best at any resolution monitor in any browser with any pictures!
All HTML , Javascript, XML , flash, etc is included to have a full website up and running, no need to figure out how to implement, it’s all done!
The xml is well documented, and there is also an external help file that walks you through the entire process, and all functionality, I put a LOT of time into not only making this a great template, but also making it solid functionally and easy to use.
Some of my best work:

Great template! got a question though.. is it possible to make the menu horizontal instead of vertical ? I’m placing the gallery links on the bottom of the website, but keep the ‘home, about us, contact’ on the top left. splitting those 2 is already done, i’m just left with the horizontal/vertical issue.
hope you can help, thanks!

The menu is laid out with script (since it is xml driven) You will have to go into the class that does the layout and change it there. I don’t have the code in front of me right now, but I’ll get back to you and let you know what class file that is
local/display/MenuSystem.as holds the code that determines how the menu is laid out (told you I’d get back to you on that
) If you have any specific questions then contact me directly, thanks!
Hi, just got ur template. Looks great.
Was wondering about the xml data.
For the title I tried to change the color by using and it’s not being rendered by the flash file.
I just changed it in the fla file but I had assumed before I bought it that I could change it in the xml.
Maybe my mistake or perhaps designed that way.

To change fonts and colors etc you need to open the .fla. To allow complete control over all aspects of the text from the xml means I would have to not embed the fonts. Which means everything would be hard jagged edged pixeled fonts. That would look completely horrible, so I made sure the fonts were nicely embedded, crisp, and clean
I do everything for a reason, and I know flash inside outside and backwards, this is an important part of the aesthetics of this template, and how it should be, so to change things like that you can simply open the fla. Most people find this the simpler editing approach anyway
Cool..I did most of the changes in the fla file.
Stupid question..where is the menu hover color change..i looked at the as but i can’t find it in the fla file..my eyes are getting tired..
i give it a 5 star

Thanks!
There are two as files, if memory serves its local.display.MenuButton and local.display.MenuLink, in there it uses my ColorFade class to do the fade, and I believe I commented the lines that do the fade specifically for changing the color so it should be easy to change for you
Yup. It’s in the local>display folder.
Stupid question I’m sure that follows.
How do I flush the footer to the bottom right instead of center. Probably done by as but can’t find it. =(
Also, any plans for any future templates.
Yours was really easy to work with. Just looking for other layouts without me doing to much work.
Flashden makes me real lazy.
Thanks for the quick response and support.

“How do I flush the footer to the bottom right instead of center. Probably done by as but can’t find it.”
It is done in as, but this answer is a bit longer than the previous ones, so go to my profile and email me, and I’ll get back to you on there.
“Also, any plans for any future templates.”
There is more templates in the works, but until then I have plenty of components in my portfolio
