Great file, a smooth picture gallery easily customizable! comes with a help file so you know how to change the file. Is DYNAMIC this means you only have to change the pictures on 2 folder (the previes and the originals) and thats it!!! Thank you! COMES WITH 2 .FLA files… ONE FOR 8 and another one for CS3 !

nice work man!, the reflex of the thumbs are fine, but see below that, there is a small visual error , check it , cool work congrats!

thnx. but I don`t see the visual error, may be the color configuration on our screens that are different… (thank you for your comment)

Nice! I’m sure fixing the reflection wouldn’t be an issue for anyone. Nice work.

thnanks for all your comments!

I just saw the reflection error, it can be fixed VERY easilly! And you only see it at 100%. Add a mask to the thumbnails or simple extend the size of the background image. Thank you for bringing that up to my attention.

I have purchased this file and it will not open in Flash 8. Keeps saying “unexpected file format.” Can you please check the save properties?

Thanks!

Posted 11 months ago

Sure… after buying the file send me an email with the help.txt files attached and I`ll send you the 8 version I`m not sure if it will open in CS2 … you can try.. if that doesn`t work, the version 8 opens up with any flash ( 8 + ) Thank you

Hi Luke, thanks for the file. It works fine if I publish the movie for 6.0 player. However, I want to publish it for Flash player 8.0 because I want to add a corny drop shawdow effect. Strangly, the main pictures won’t load. Can it be fixed?

Thanks in advance, Daan

hi Dano… this gallery is programmed to work with player 6.0 or lower.. HOWEVER there are a couple of this you can do to make it work on your 9.0 player. If you look at my website: http://www.laubenheimer.com.ar you will see this gallery in action on a player 9.0 HOW I DID IT ? Simply is a loader component from you component panel, and call the .swf file… that’s it.

There are more complex ways to do it, this is the simplest and it works perfect.

Thank you for getting one of my files.

:)

Thanks for your quick response. i didn’t know there was a standard loader component, so thanks for the tip. However, I still can’t use a drop shadow inside the slideshow, but I found another way to work around it.

New question :) Is there a (easy) way to make this a self-running slideshow? I understand that this question exceeds the standard support but your help is much appreciated!

there is no easy way to do so… I`m working on a new gallery with slideshow capabilities… :)

Hi Luke,

I really like this gallery. However when I use it with IE (6 or 7) it enters some sort of semi hung state when you hit refresh on the browser. This can be verified easily on the preview page.

I am half way through a project using this so any help would be great :)

I don`t understand what you mean! doesn`t happen to me… The image take time to be shown because they are uploaded externally.
