I believe I’ve encountered a possible bug. When importing a single 640×423 swf into the P1 folder of the print/graphics XLM gallery, a file matching the same file size of the sample jpgs, the blacks on right and left of the gallery image are cut off revealing pieces of the background color and do not travel seamlessly with the site when the page is resized or stretched. I downloaded the template folder a second time thinking a file might have become corrupt in the original download process, but am experiencing the same results on a swf import. I’d appreciate some feedback as to whether I’ve missed something on my end in the implementation process or a possible fix if this is indeed a bug. And I still want to know, the text on the contact page sush as Company Name, Address, Tele and email address, these are tween graphics, what’s the easiest and fastest way to modify these elements? thanks

Is there any way to add menu items to the menu navigation? And, also is there any way to change the video xml file to pull jpgs, rather than video? My site only has photography…therefore I don’t need video…

Jorge – I’m still having problems when importing swf’s and the blacks on the right and left of frame in the gallery (print/web) are cut off revealing the dark gray background and if you scale the site window the formatting is dysfunctional. Any help or guidance regarding what might be going on would be appreciated. Also, any chance you could implement a RESET button and SUBJECT field on the CONTACT FORM ? Currently there is no way to clear the messages on the CONTACT .FORM page unless you refresh or leave and return to the CONTACT page. Both features would be very helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks for the nice work

Jorge,

I’m still having trouble with importing swfs and loss of blacks on right and left of images in the Print/web gallery. Also, submenus often appear when the site fist loads the main menu bar. I can only get rid of the submenus if I select the main menu item or I refresh the page. Is there a way to fix this? And on the contact page, can you allow the user to tab to fields rather than having to manually select them when sending an email?

Another question:

I changed all the menu items to be video players by deleting all the code on frame 3 except for line 3.

tho he loads the videoPlayer he doesn’t load the videos and the music pops back on.

I changed all the xml files so the problem must be somewhere else.

Any suggestions?

thanks for the esponse, but i guess you never got my email, I need a little help geting the email setup…what information needs to be entered where…I have worked with php forms before, but in the actual swf where this is:

stop(); nome=””; mensagem=””; erro=””; mail=””;

im not quite sure what to enter into the parameters…please assist thanks brady

however I encounter one problem. I have a quite long video, and player plays it straight away without buffering, resulting in getting only sound.. Is it my mistake or something is missing there? Please help….

Hi Ma_ry:

To remove “privacy”, double click in symbol 62 in the library. you will see the buttons.

in your second question you will need do this:

Double click “GALLERY” symbol and go to frame 2 actions:

Delete lines 5, 10 to 16 and 44 to 68. This should resolve your problem.

Jorge,

When my site loads and the menu bar appears from right to left of the screen, my submenu text randomly appears and will not go away unless I refresh my screen. I’ve tested on Mac FireFox 2 and 3 and Safari. Is this only a MAC problem, and even so, is there a remedy?
