Here is magnifying glass with default size 200% (changeable in fla) of original image. If you click on image, you enlarged image for 500% (changeable in fla), if you hold Space key and click on image, you take away your image for 50% (changeable in fla).

File is save as MX 2004 , fp 5 and higher. Zoom file contain .fla, .swf, .html, help.

Change your image and start your spying :)

What up fellah. Thanks for creating this, I really like it. Is there a way to contain the zoom circle to one image. I’m trying to using the zoom on my site’s header graphic but I’m not sure how keep the zoom from going over the entire page.

hello N-eight,

you must use this zoom in whole flash. If you use this glass only in header, statutory, in loaded movie, this clip will be workable only in loaded movie.

Sorry new to flash… so probably a dumb question… Can I put this file in a movie so i can use it in another flash file… I tired importing it and it did not work… It only works if I put the frames in the root directory and not in a movie… any way to change that??? thanks

can you make the diameter of the mag_glass larger… with ease???

also I like the hidden text- very sharp. I am guessing that you had a layer of vector text in the file, right?

How well does the zoom do with raster images?

Your help file only has the following info:

“How to modify the file:

Instruction 1: Open fla, change your image for zooming

Instruction 2: You can change glass speed, glass bounce, zoom size”

Completely useless for beginners to Flash. How about taking a few minute to explain how to do the two points above?

I am using a flash page turning component that this would work great with but does it work with having two images or is it actually taking the image and increasing the zoom.

Because the page component is not an image do you thin it would work?
